Welcoming and retention of disabled persons

"When a group successfully recruits disabled people, the whole Group benefits and grows!"

 

The current commitment in favour of employment and retention of disabled employees, is part a pro-active policy started in the 90’s and followed by the "Managing Disability team" specifically dedicated to fulfil this ethical commitment.

We maintain that disability is not a handicap when it comes to employment. Our goal is to enable all employees to work in an ambiance of equality, and with the guarantee of an identical professional quality of life for all.

Job vacancies are available at every level of qualification and hierarchy, throughout the company structure. Skills are the key to any recruitment. If a person has the skills, the motivation and the aptitude, nothing should stop him/her from having the same level of opportunity as any other job applicant.

The Group is committed in four main areas:

  • Retaining employees who become disabled, when possible
  • Recruiting and /or training of jobseekers with disabilities
  • Subcontracting work to sheltered work places
  • Raising the awareness of colleagues continuously

  • To enlarge all our actions at the international level

Our commitments in actions

  • France:
    • Agreement with trade unions regarding employment of disabled persons
    • Awareness’ action toward all French employees giving a specific guide on disability
    • Awareness regarding hearing deficiency during the 11th week of employment of disabled person.
  • In Hungary: follow up of the MOZAIK program (recruitment, contracts with sheltered work places, awareness actions towards employees).
     
  • In the USA: Launch of the program "Mission Possible" awareness actions for the employees and partnership with "Hiring the Heroes".
     
  • In Mexico, Brazil, Japan and Egypt: awareness’ action and recruitment and/or internship.
