- Externally : United Nations Global Compact, Diversity Charter in France and in Germany
- Rely on the diversity of its teams and the broadest scope of talents available to be more innovative, more effective and more competitive.
The Group’s diversity policy is part of a progressive initiative and strives for promoting the diversity of its teams in the broadest possible sense: gender, age, education, origin, disability… At a group level, two axes are priority: Locally, some specific actions are being developed toward other groups of people: - For instance, our subsidiaries in France, USA and Brazil are engaged in actions to help ethnic minorities and people that come from underprivileged social backgrounds.
- Our subsidiary in South Africa is carrying out a program to help AIDS sufferers.
