Ischemic cerebrovascular accident or stroke

The most common clinical appearance is a hemiplegia (paralysis of one side of the body). Depending on the gravity of the ischemia and its duration, the symptomatology may be more or less severe and it will be referred to as a transient cerebral ischemia or a complete cerebral ischemia.
