Human Resources policy

Group Human Resources is adapted to specific context of each business activity, country and site, implemented by decentralized teams on a local level.

Organization

Human Resources policy is organized around five major missions:

  • Career development and management ;
  • Training and skills development ;
  • Remuneration and social protection ;
  • Employee relations ;
  • Human Resources information management.

Remuneration

The objective is to set average levels in each country at the market median and to :

  • Recognize individual and team performance ;
  • Share in success by involving employees in Group performance.

Employee development

To ensure that employees can manage their own careers, the Group provides progams which are open to all.

Troughout the world, the Group extends employee skills, applying a decentralized policy which closely follows operational needs.

Social protection

The Group aims to ensure a high degree of protection for employees worldwide with regard to local legislation and pratice.

Social dialogue

One of the Group's key values is the practice of fruitful dialogue, respecting employees, their representatives and company interests.
