Other than in exceptional cases, the Board of Directors calls general meetings in accordance with the rules specified in the company’s bylaws, observing the terms and notice periods required by law. Notice of meetings must be issued at least 15 days before a meeting is held (on first call) by publication of an announcement in the BALO (French bulletin of legal announcements) and by letters sent individually to registered shareholders. Meetings are held at the company’s registered office or at any other place specified in the notice of the meeting.
