General meetings of shareholders
The general meeting, held at least once a year, is a key event for the Group. It is an excellent opportunity to present and explain the annual results and the business activities’ evolution to the company’s shareholders. Participating in these meetings is important. Every shareholder who wants to take part in the decision-making process of his/her company can attend the meetings and vote personally. Every shareholder has one vote per share. Double voting rights are provided for shares held in registered form for at least two years. Participate in the general meetingTo attend the general meeting in person, appoint a representative or exercise a postal vote, you will have to provide proof of your status as a shareholder. Proof is constituted by your shares being recorded in your name as of zero hour (Paris time) on the third business day prior to the general meeting:

You will then receive your entry card. If you hold bearer shares you will have to contact your financial intermediary to obtain the voting form. Requests for voting forms will only be honoured if they are received no later than six days before the date of the general meeting by: The voting forms, duly filled in, must be received by BNP Paribas Securities Services at least three days before the date of the general meeting, with the shareholding certificate, if you hold bearer shares.
