A French-law savings plan invested in shares, in particular shares issued by companies liable to corporate income tax and registered in a European Economic Area member state (except Liechtenstein). Unlike an ordinary securities account, it offers exemption from tax on dividends and capital gains, provided that no withdrawal is made for 5 years.
