Paris, France October 17, 2006 Sanofi-aventis has sold its entire stake in RhodiaSanofi-aventis confirms that it has sold to BNP Paribas its entire stake in the capital of Rhodia representing 96,110,182 shares, for a total consideration of €183 million, in the context of a firm purchase agreement with a view to resale to institutional investors in a private placement.
