The multidisciplinary team dedicated to each drug candidate for the entire development phase is made up of researchers, clinicians, pharmacists, toxicologists and representatives of regulatory affairs and marketing. After the drug is marketed for the initial indication, this team continues to be responsible for its subsequent development.
|
The teams in charge of development and access to the market work together to identify the medical community's expectations as well as those of patients; to design development programs that highlight the added value of drugs and vaccines, in terms of prevention, treatment and ease of use, and in socio-economic terms. They imagine integrated services and build models to measure the efficacy of our innovations in patients' everyday lives. In such a way, our drugs and vaccines are positioned to increasingly become the best allies of healthcare professionals, patients and national health authorities. New compounds, new indications, new formulations and new pharmaceutical forms are all innovations designed to satisfy their growing expectations.
