Sanofi-aventis’ business activity is conducted in close collaboration with numerous groups of stakeholders, i.e., all the Group’s internal and external stakeholders: patients, employees, investors, suppliers, competitors and the local communities that make up the Group’s day to day environment, as well as authorities and professionals in the healthcare sector with whom sanofi-aventis is in constant contact during the entire lifecycle of a medicine or vaccine. The Group also forms a number of partnerships with NGOs and international organizations, in particular for the development of medicines and vaccines and access to treatment for patients.
